Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 2, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Sharholders, potential shareholders, customers and potential customers Have a need and should have a right to know what kind of corporate citizens the corporations they deal with are, and that includes knowing how much and to whom these corporations are giving to support political activity.

The present veil of secrecy hiding these political activities prevents shareholders and potential sharholders from knowing how much of the profits of these comanies is being diverted from sharholder pockets and from evaluating how effective these expenitures are. Customers and potential customers cannot tell what kind of corporate citizenship their purchases are going to support.

Transparency of corporate spending of all kinds, including political activities is important to us all.

are being promoted or attacked.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely

Richard Lindeborg
