Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

This is surely one of the most effective and doable services that the SEC can render to the welfare of our country. I am writing to urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending – and to do so this year.

Secret money is corrupting at least few, maybe most, legislators. Make it possible for voters to know who is "bribe" by whom so they can vote knowingly.

Thank you for considering my comment.
