Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

May 9, 2013

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

It's time to stop the insanity of endowing corporations with personhood status. We the actual people, the ones in human form who are being fed to the corporate monsters created by unscrupulous politicians in league with them, demand that corporations be STRIPPED of their "personal" power rather than be given even more power to exploit us the actual persons in order to feed their greed for unjust profits. Do your job for us the actual people and stop the insanity of the ever-worsening corporate takeover of humanity!

Thank you for considering my comment.
