I support a rule that requires all publicly traded corporations to disclose their political spending in a timely manner. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC’s web site. Money from public corporations belongs to their shareholders, and now that the Supreme Court has made political spending by corporations constitutionally protected, such spending should be disclosed to them.
