Petition to require public companies to disclose to shareholders the use of corporate resources for political activities.
I am wholeheartedly in favor of the petition. Public companies should absolutely have to disclose that information- in a timely fashion- at the time of the contribution- not an hour later. The disclosure must be clear- not obscured. There should be significant penalties for not disclosing this information.
