Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 12, 2013

I am a shareholder in various domestic corporations, and I am opposed to them giving political contributions. At the very least, the management should be required to tell shareholders what candidates and ballot measures corporate money is financing. Then we can object to what we think is antithetical to our own values.

I I want the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending – and to do so this year.

Thank you for considering my comment.
