Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission: Whether corporations are persons or not, or if money is speech, "free speech" should be HEARD. This is not the case when corporations donate large amounts of shareholder (NOT the corporation's money/speech) to polical campaigns.
Please, consider rules that require disclosure of such donations.
