Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

In the wake of an election where astounding sums of money was spent, I'm writing to encourage the commission to enact rules of public disclosure of political spending by publicly held companies. The SEC cannot possibly carryout their core responsibility of ensuring that investors are properly informed before investing their money if there is not adequate disclosure. I join with many others in the belief that shareholders have a right to know how the companies in their investment portfolios are spending their money particularly in the political realm. I hope you will consider my comments along with others as you move forward.

Thank you,

Sincerely,

Gloria Rouse
