Publicly traded corporations should not be able to conceal their political spendings behind the judicial fig leaf Justices Scalia, Thomas, Alito and their conservative sponsors conjured in Citizen United. Corporations are not human beings under any reasonable definition of these terms and they should not be allowed to pump unlimited donations and undermine the democratic process. Failure to force corporations to be transparent only serves to increase corruption.
