Adding another layer of regulation does not solve the issues at hand. Rather it would be more effective to properly regulate what is already in place. Work with the existing rules and make sure they are understood and enforced by the government bodies and the companies who much comply with them.
Note I have all the necessary licenses that this will not likely change my business. I just feel that adding more layers on top of a pour foundation is not a sound business decision
