I am writing to express my concern for the Fiduciary Standard the SEC is currently considering to impose on registered representatives.
Our industry is already highly regulated and one thing we do not need is more government regulation, especially if it duplicates regulations already in place.The current regulations in place already make it hard enough to be in compliance. Do not add another layer of rules and regulations to what already exists.
Please allow the current regulatory system to do it's job. Do not impose more regualtory red tape on our industry.
I urge you to not initiate the proposed Fiduciary Standard on us.
