Ladies and Gentlement:
I am writing to ask you not to implement the fiduciary standard currently being considered. My business is already heavily regulated by government. Much of my time is consumed with needless and endless paperwork, disclosures, required continuing education, reporting, and red tape. None of which helps me serve my clients better. I do my best for my clients because I want to, not because I am required to.
