Please do not add another layer of standards and regulations on our work with our clients in financial services.
We have so much paper and process going on now, it is a considerable burden to us and our clients.
A standard of care is already imposed on us which is thorough and time consuming. A Fiduciary standard may make compliance even more comsuming.
I hope you will allow the already considerable regulatory burden to stay without addition.
