I would like to see financial advisors have to keep records of 1 800 phone calls from clients. This is the only number they give you to call them and 1 800 numbers do not show up on phone records and i also believe this violates there record keeping responsibilities if they do not keep a record of them. If someone has an arbitration case against a financial advisor they say the client never called because there is no phone records.
