...present in-force regulations are sufficient---additional regs. would be burdensome, and unnecessary...the recent disclosures of the abuses, distractions and inefficiencies plaguing the SEC are what need to be addressed...the 'over-bureaucratization' of this agency particularly, and of the US in general, is not only unnecessary, but stifling---needed in our present society are efficiency, practicality, and transparency of structures already in place...thank you J.
