I stongly urge the SEC to drop it's proposed regulations of the financial services industry. Having been in this business for over 22 years, I have seen the level of regulation increase dramatically over that time. FINRA oversight, continuing education requirements, regular audits of client files, including representative practices have all added to a much higher quality of service and integrity provided to our clients. Additional regulatory burdens would creat much greater hardships on our practices and our ability to reach out and help as many people achieve their financial goals and dreams.

I empahtically encourage you to leave the policing of the fiancial industry to those agencies who are already doing as fine a job as can be done.
