I would like to urge the SEC to NOT impose what appear to be unnecassary additional regulation. I work with young couples and have watched over the last 15-20 years how additional compliance and disclosure requirements have been closing the door to many financial products for these people. Because of the additinal expenses that I bear I can no longer make a profit on small accounts or small life insurance products. I have seen some Mutual fund families raise their minimum investment ammounts as well for the same reason. If this trend continues I truely feel that will not be able to serve the needs of our smaller clients and that would be a shame. I would suggest that administering strong punishments for those in my business who act unethically would be a better and more cost effective deterant than increased regulation.

Thanks you, Pete
