-I have been in this business for the past 23 years. I have passed the series 63,65, and 7. I pride myself on my relationship with my clients, and serve them in a manner that I would like to be treated.

I have followed the industry for longer that I have served as a Registered Representative, or Investment Advisor. Eavh time that I have seen a major scandal, it is with a major firm, with productivity as the only guideline to measure an Advisor's worth.

Compliance has grown in the last few decades, as well as the complexity of the industry. I have 2 Customer Service clerks, and they are certain that the paperwork is completely finalized, and submitted. My job is to be certain that the customer is satisfied with the products that she purchaces.

Additional compliance would not add to the satisfaction of the client, which is both of our goals. A system of communication concerning the investment would be the only program that would improve it for the client.

I have worked with the Idaho Department of Finance on their complaint pannel, and many of the consumers that are involved with a scam (not financial), do not know what to do, or who to get in touch with.
