More regulation is not needed and will not be helpful to consumers.
Moving to a fee-only model result will not result in unbiased advice. BOTTOM LINE
Clients CAN NOT afford to pay up front fees.
This will only drive up errors and omissions coverage which in turn effects everyones costs.
No one could afford to stay in the insurance business if liabilities become too great.
This regulation, adds labor and paper but does not provide the protection you are trying to obtain. This will not work
