In our industry we spend each day looking to see how we can best serve our clients and make their futures better, safer and with less risk. To do so, we spend a lot of time with them to find the most suitable way to make this happen for them. We are very regulated and supervised as an industry and a change as the one suggested would only make professionals in our industry more concerned about getting into some kind of trouble than taking care of the true needs of our clients. This does not serve our clients, the American public, but hampers the service they want and deserve.
