This will do nothing to help Americans get advice. I run a large business. My first course of action to comply if this occurs is to cut loose my bottom 50% of my practice. Move my other 50% that are not already in fee based account to one. The middle class can not afford the fee that needs to be charged to cover our costs if this is the new model. Clearly the author of the bill is out of touch with the realities and existing compliance burdens on our business.
