Regulation has cost me in additional overhead and cost my clients my valuable insight with regard to how they should invest their money.
Adding more regulation and oversight will further limit my activities.
I put my clients' needs before my own at all times and while there are bad apples in every barrel, please don't create a legal nightmare that will empty the barrel of good, caring brokers.
