I can certainly appreciate the SEC concern about rules and regulations. However everytime I look up another compliance rule must be completed. I am already audited at least 2 times per year, I am very conscious of the suitability concerns of my clients, and I am very aware of the ethical guidelines I am showing to my customers. I just don't need anymore regulations. With all these controls you are trying to dictate how 99% of us are doing the best we can to help the public.
