-After 41 years of diligently serving my clients, and
from working with them, my clients feel strongly they
want to deal with me. New York Life furnishes us, as
agents explicit material to be reviewed with the client.
It is the personal application of these facts that
provides and understandable basis for a client to make
an appropriate decision in his(or her) behalf.
IF ADDTIONAL REGULATIONS ARE THRUST INTO THIS RELATIONSHIP
THERE WILL BE ADVERSE RESULTS AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT
FACILITATE PRUDENT DECISIONS.
I keep extensive details (many files cover 15/20 years
of work). The files on each person (or family)covers
their family needs, business needs, estate planning
needs and planning for retirement.
The Industry has sufficient guidelines and disciplines
which are monitored regularly. FURTHER REGULATION WILL
SIMPLY COMPLICATE AND OBSTRUCT PROPER ADVISE AND CON-
SULING FOR THE CLIENT.
