I don't believe adding the new regulations will help one bit. All it will do is add additional requirements to an already over-regulated occupation. My suggestion is when someone has done something they shouldn't have done you deal with that person, don't force the innocent brokers and financial personnel to pay for the crimes committed by someone else.
I believe the rules and regulations that are already in place are sufficient. Thank you for your time.
