If you are looking for investment advise and expertise it makes sense to be getting it from someone who has a FIDUCARY OBLIGATION to you. Why or who would use or go to anyone else? I doubt you would. If you want to stop abuse of people in the investing world this is a step in the right direction. Letting the wire houses direct how this should be set up is doing a great injustice to the people of this country. Please don't allow fiduciary light to be passed.
