This action will only impose higher costs on companies, producers, and also clients. Compliance standards and other issues should be regulated more on the corporation to make sure their departments are keeping good records and servicing clients accurately. New York Life has multiple levels of oversight and compliance guidlines that enforce rules and procedures. Do not pass this bill.
