As a consumer of financial advice provided by a "financial advisor" I can tell you the pitfalls of seeking advice on financial matters from one who purports themselves to be providing advice in "your best interest," but who it turns out provided advice that benefited the corporation he worked for rather than me.

For the SEC to allow a transaction such as this is immoral, but sadly legal. You need to change this and make it illegal.
