my comments is on the fiduary standard in review for sec which affects brokers and rr. this fiduiary standard would only add additional time to rr's and added expense to the client with no more protection to the client. the suitibility standard has worked well and provides the regulation and protection needed. don't try to fix something that isn't broken. thanks, howard
