Thank you for this opportunity to be heard.

The question, I think boils down to this; Do clients of the various financial services have a right to honest reporting of the service they pay for.
I am fairly certain that this is an expectation that the "clients" have. It seems to me, that anything less borders on fraud. It is important to know if one is paying to have their retirement, children's education, and so on placed in the hands of someone who has neither the interest or duty to oversee their welfare. Frankly I am surprised this is the situation.
