I am writing to support the Fiduciary Standard as defined in the 1940 Advisors Act.
ALL people who provide investment advice to the public must be held to a common standard to put the best interest of their clients ahead of their own.
The investing public should be made completely aware of all fees, expenses and charges as well as alternative investments that could achieve the same results with lower costs.
The days of "buyer beware" should be forever put behind us.
