I would like to see absolute disclosure of financial documents required by "financial advisors". I have been the victim of what I feel is fraud by not being told ALL of the aspects of a variable annuity I purchased. Apparently, I have no recourse and am stuck with a product I hate, and would never have purchased if the advisor had told me the negatives of this crappy product, the exorbatent fees, and the horrendous penalty for withdrawal within 10 years This product should be illegal, or at least be VERY regulated.
