I am a small investment professional, a registered representative and life and health insurance agent. I serve my clients very well with the highest standards of ethics. I do whats right for them in all instances. The standards of compliance are very high already. Imposing more regulations would mean a severe hardship financially and timewise for me. That ultimately is results less time to serve my clients. The middle class again suffers when politicians and special interest introduce legislation that is not needed like this.
