As usual, the SEC along with the Dodd/Frank rule will not only cost me more time and money and regulation in a profession that is already heavily regulated, but will end up costing the client more money and less choice to be of service to them. We always put our clients best interest at heart but the proposed regulation will put a lot of good agents out of business due to increased cost of doing business and the headaches the bill will cause. It will serve NO benefit to pass the Dodd/Frank bill but will hurt the consumer in the end.
Please don't pass this bill as it will be harmful to the consumer and the registered rep as well.
