To Whom It May Concern,
The insurance industry is regulated enough, I ask that you stop imposing misguided fiduciary standards on registered representatives. The cost of compliance, both finaicial and time has skyrocketed in the past 8 years that I have been in the insurance business. Those costs of course have also been passed onto the clients we represent. If you add another layer of regulation it just means another layer of compliance at even more cost to our clients. We are a small Brokerage Company that has several agents that write business through our offices in NE, SD, ND, IA. We are a General Agency for Transamerica Life Insurance in Cedar Rapids IA. We have several agents that place security business with us through Transamerica Financial Advisors. We can no longer do this business ourselves because we don't write enough business we have to go through our Broker-Dealer Grice Financial in Charotte NC. On average our staff spends 20+ hours per week on compliance issues already, I can't believe you are considering increasing these. We don't want this and it is definately not in the best interest of our clients or the general public that is trying to invest their hard earned money into our economy. Please STOP this madness

Sincerely,
Lisa Skinner
