We are regulated enough. Please pursue and prosecute those who have stolen from the masses.
Compliance on a Corporate level is far more likely to result in less negative experiences for consumers than expecting Fiduciary Standards to be applied to individual agent/broker to customer instances.
We are already the most highly regulated industry. The time spent with compliance far overshadows the balance for successful business.
In a time of economic downturn, we don't need more regulation, we need less. Let those who work do so with vigor.
