Why in the world are you asking the public? The public doesn't know squat, let alone the difference between bankers, brokers, naked shorts, desk trades, persistent failures to deliver and a sack of sixteen penny nails. You dolts are once again skirting the salient issue which is blatant electronic counterfieting of market securities, facilitated by both the banks and the brokers. The whole sordid "business" of allowing these well-connected crooks to continually sell what they don't own (and continually fail to deliver) is anathama to a level playing field. Make them deliver what they sell.
