I urge you to leave the suitability format in place for registered representatives and broker-dealers.I believe the suitability required will be a better system than the proposed fiduiciary system.
Suitability requires checks to be made to insure the correct accounts are in place in accordance to risk tolerance and account objectives.I see no reason to make a change.
