It appears that the SEC wants to force out all of the important people who help individuals to make a viable buying decision, and leave it to the internet to get help
We help individuals every day in their buying decisions and reviews to keep up with their decisions.
Clients will not pay a huge fee to get help, they will go without and be really in bad shape
Extra costs added onto the already high charges for broker/dealers will drive good people away from the industry.
Will I stay in the business if liabilities become too great? Probably Not
