My wife inherited a $245,000.00 IRA from her father that passed away in March. We signed up with another money manager other that the MORGAN STANLEY account that my Father-in-Law did business with. He had 24 accounts in this IRA Morgan Stanley charged us $6300.00 in commissions to sell these 24 different accounts sent a check to Wealth Enhancement in Minneapolis. Charges were $100.00 to $499.84 per account. With trade charges looking like Charles Schwab other are charging $7.95 to $9.95 a trade I think this is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I have documents that I can send you if anything can be done but sounds like after talking to my brokers managers he says he can charge whatever he wants Please respond or call me on my cell phone 612-751-9923 to discuss further or please respond that this was a good lesson to be learned about the stock market business.
