As a licensed producer for 25 years plus I feel that compliance both in terms of finances and time-are high, and those costs are eventually felt by clients. Adding another layer of regulation means another layer of compliance, and even more cost to clients.
While I recognize abuses by a few, let's not PUNISH all the rest of us, by overregulating us small businessmen.
