Brokers and dealers should definitely have some legal obligation to their clients by looking out for their interests, not bilking them out of their hard earned money. Many brokers and dealers have contributed to the mess that we are in now. Let's have someone looking out for the middle class investors who have lost so much during Wall Street's reign of terror.
