To whom it may concern,
I'm a registered rep working in a mid to low income market. Just like most people in U.S., I got hit by the recession also. With additional regulation more strict fiduciary standard, this will definitely hurt my business further and I end up spending more money for various fees including higher EO cov. Even without this strict fiduciary standard, we are already looking out for client's interest and this new standard will just add another cost to us without benefiting the clients.
I sincerely ask to please look into this matter more carefully and reject the proposal.
