we are regulated enough, please do not do any more. I really don't know if my clients can afford to pay up front fees or if they are willing to. I believe this will drive the liabilities up tremendously causing or errors and omissions to sky rocket. If liabilities become too great I will quit business. you throwing it all upon us with greater regulation.
