There are area's of our current compliance do not add to better consumer protection. Would more compliance give better protection for the customer. Would the added cost of new compliance help the costomer make more money or less?

Would I, as a agent have to hire more help to help me stay in compliance under the new regulation.

Would I, as a agent be forced to a fee only model to protect myself from liability.

Will there be area's of the new compliance that do not add any consummer protection, but it is just there because some-one thought it should be there?
