The Regulations currently adopted just need to be applied and enforced on the broker dealers. RIA already perform to this standard. The complaint system currently intact will address poor advisor performance. I am more concerned with the national debit and not looking to create an additional review board with my client tax dollars. If the National debit is not address it will not matter what we do for our clients because the purchasing power of their assets will be eroded.
