As a long-time registered representative and agent selling variable products as well as fixed products, I have been circumspect in observing the Suitability rules in sales. I strongly believe that it is adequate, and see no need for having to operate under what may or may not be a higher standard, that of a Fiduciary. Please do not place this regulation into effect. It's a waste of time and money.
