The most important aspects to have the high quality financial service for clients, is both the education those representing the products/plans, and preventative negative actions in the beginning of the process to make sure the clients are receiving the most suitible product for their needs. I have averaged 60-80 hours of education and CE each year since I started my career. I do NOT need more requirements of education. Strong suitibility standards so that clients receive the best product at a good value will help the most.
