I am new to the insurance industry, as I am in my second year. I have found our compliance department watches everything I do for my customers and overlooks all my sales and suitibility for the customer.
Our suitibility department has even denied one of my sales, as there was no reason to sell the customer the same product they already had. I feel in our industry we are already strongly monitered by our compliance and suitibility departments. They do a great job of monitoring everything I do in regards to my customers financial needs, making sure I make all the right decisions to benefit the customer.
