This file in regards to further regulation for registered representatives leaves a lot of potential issues with "gray areas."
This proposed action will greatly decrease a registered representative's ability to properly discuss issues with clients, because it will leave a lot of potential law suit issues down the road. This "gray area" is far to speculative and it is very important that you listen to what NAIFA is saying and consider the impact that this will have.
